LOVE LINUX? You Must Try New Ubuntu 19.04. In this tutorial, i will show you how to DUAL BOOT UBUNTU 19.04 with Windows 10.
Before moving forward, first let mt tell you what is DUAL BOOT? A dual boot system is a computer system in which two operating systems are installed on the same hard drive, allowing either operating system to be loaded and given control. When you turn the computer on, a boot manager(BOOTLOADER)program displays a menu, allowing you to choose the operating system you wish to use.
Without further wasting your time, Lets move to Ubuntu Dual Booting Process.
- .Latest UBUNTU 19.04 ISO File.
- An ISO Burner Software.
- A USB Drive and a PC With Windows Installed(With atleast 20GBUnallocated Space).
Step 1: Download UBUNTU ISO and ISO Burner Software.
Step 2: Create Ubuntu Bootable Drive.I am using Etcher Software to make UBUNTU bootable USB.
Step 3: Make Unallocated Space/ Free Space to Dual Boot Ubuntu.
Step 4: Reboot Your PC and Boot from Ubuntu Live USB, In live USB you will see INSTALL UBUNTU OPTION. Click on INSTALL UBUNTU to start installation process.
Step 5: Now Choose Your Language.
Step 6: Select Normal Installation. Normal Installation Will automatically install Ubuntu On the Unallocated/Free Space that you have created.
Step 7: Select “Install Ubuntu alongside with Windows 10 Bootloader”
Step 8: Configure Your Clock Settings
Step 8: Configure Your User. Make a non-root user and give it a strong password.
Step 9: Now ubuntu automatic installer will start installing, sit back and wait for installation to complete.
Step 10: Reboot Your System After Installation is finished.
DONE!! You have successfully dual boot ubuntu 19.04 and windows 10. You will see Ubuntu Grub Bootloader after restarting Your PC.
